The controller's identity will be added before publication. Rino Deals is the service name, not the identity of the person or entity responsible for data.

If you contact us, we use the information in your message to respond and resolve your enquiry. Providing it is optional, but we need a reply address to answer. Where the GDPR applies, handling enquiries is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with users under Article 6(1)(f).

Rino Deals compares store offers. We do not take orders or payments. The current version has no user accounts, newsletter or contact form.

When you open a page, our infrastructure receives connection data such as your IP address, requested resource, request time and browser information. We use technical data to serve pages, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. Where the GDPR applies, the basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a working, secure service under Article 6(1)(f).

Your game search is sent to the catalogue search service to return results. Do not enter an email address or other personal information there.

We do not enable Google Analytics for this market.

Declining does not limit price comparison. When analytics is available, you can withdraw consent through Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future measurement without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

When we offer an analytics choice, we store acceptance or refusal in localStorage as rino-analytics-consent-v1. We honour that choice for 180 days. The preference record does not track visits. Clearing it in your browser causes us to ask again.

Some store links are affiliate links. After you follow one, the store or affiliate network may recognise the referral and calculate a commission for Rino Deals. The destination receives technical visit data, and the link may contain an affiliate or click identifier. The store's privacy policy covers processing after you leave Rino Deals.

We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site and serve images. Supabase stores the product and offer catalogue read by the Rino server. We do not create visitor accounts in that database.

The email provider has not been confirmed yet.

We do not collect GA4 data for this market.

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Data portability applies in the circumstances set out by law, including automated processing based on consent or a contract. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, UODO, or another competent supervisory authority. We do not make solely automated decisions about visitors that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
