Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Enhanced Plus Edition delivers a classic RPG experience inspired directly by games like Baldur's Gate, Fallout 1 and 2, and Arcanum, sending players to explore and conquer the Stolen Lands and build their own kingdom out of contested wilderness.
This edition builds on the original release with thousands of fixes and improvements accumulated since launch, based directly on player feedback: numerous content additions, a brand-new class, improved balance especially in the early game and final two chapters, an enhanced kingdom management system with real usability improvements, and a wider variety of random encounters across the global map. Character customization spans a wide range of classes, archetypes, arcane and divine spells, abilities, skills, and feats, letting players build heroes or villains that fit both their gameplay style and personality.
A diverse cast of companions and NPCs, including iconic characters pulled straight from the Pathfinder setting, each carry their own agenda, alignment, and goals that may not line up with the player's own, forcing real decisions about who to trust as their stories intertwine with yours. Building a kingdom goes well beyond simple territory expansion too: the capital city physically changes based on policy decisions and alliances, and factions from neighboring lands will approach seeking favor or testing your strength as your reputation grows, turning diplomacy and politics into just as central a challenge as classic dungeon crawling and exploration.
