Set right after the events of Super Meat Boy Forever, this puzzle game has Dr. Fetus using data collected from secretly analyzing Meat Boy to try building the perfect clone. The DNA sample isn't quite pure, though, which means the clones that come out of his ruthless test chambers start out looking nothing like Meat Boy before gradually taking on that familiar, grotesque face over repeated attempts.

Matching four or more identical clones and chaining combos forms the puzzle core, borrowed loosely from the Puyo Puyo format, but sawblades, rockets, and swinging pendulums turn each match into something closer to hardcore platforming than a standard puzzle game. More than 100 hand-crafted levels take you back through familiar Super Meat Boy locations like the forest, the hospital, and the salt factory, each capped off with a boss fight built around its own added mechanics, all set to an original soundtrack by RIDICULON featuring reworked Super Meat Boy Forever tracks alongside new material.
