Besiege is a physics building game built around one simple, satisfying premise: construct medieval machines capable of annihilating armies, obliterating castles, and overcoming increasingly ridiculous obstacles. Siege engines, battering rams, ballistas, or anything else you can imagine come together through an intuitive, flexible building system stocked with more than 70 distinct blocks to combine.
The physics simulation is the real engine behind the fun here, whether your creation is the harbinger of pure destruction you designed it to be or it's spectacularly falling apart mid-mission instead. A singleplayer campaign spans 55 destructible levels across four island nations, each with its own environment and unique civilization ripe for conquest, and huge sandbox levels beyond the campaign let you terrorize inhabitants, hone your building craft, and test increasingly ambitious prototypes at your own pace. The Steam Workshop opens up access to more than 200,000 community-made machines, all downloadable and playable directly in your own game.
Besiege Multiverse connects players for multiplayer chaos, whether that's head-to-head machine combat, competing to complete level objectives in custom game modes, or working cooperatively to conquer levels and lay waste to armies and fortresses together. Powerful level editing tools let you wage war against AI armies and build entire custom environments with friends, complete with a logic system for real-time changes, opening the door to community-built robot wars, motor racing, football, and whatever else the modding scene has already spent years turning Besiege into.
